The Cabrini Institute
Founded through a partnership with the Diocese of Manchester in 2020, Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services, LLC. designs, develops, and delivers high-quality, faith-based teacher formation through coursework and professional development. Our programs support educators seeking Diocesan Certification or New Hampshire Educator Licensure and those called to serve in Catholic schools throughout New Hampshire.
*Full time educators within the Diocese of Manchester should inquire with school leaders about participation in Cabrini courses and residency options.

"Study well the personalities, the strengths of the students, because one cannot presume they are all the same. Treat each one according to their capacity and the gifts they have received from God."
~Mother Francis Xavier Cabrini

Cabrini Institute Courses

The Cabrini Institute courses are 8–12 weeks in length and offered in asynchronous or hybrid formats. Courses are facilitated by highly qualified Schoolhouse professors and designed as small-group experiences, led by Professors from the Schoolhouse Educational and Therapeutic Services team.
With prior approval, courses may be used for professional development, applied toward a Diocese of Manchester Teaching Certificate, or serve as a pathway for a site-based path to New Hampshire teacher licensure. Courses are delivered in three sessions—fall, winter, and spring—to support teachers throughout the school year.
Course content focuses on strengthening teachers’ assessment and instructional practices, equipping educators to be informed, reflective, and responsive to the needs of their students.

These courses support professional development and may be used toward earning a Diocese of Manchester Teaching Certificate or New Hampshire Teacher Licensure. Please see the handbook below for information about the various pathways. To inquire about the application to the Cabrini Institute and professional credentialing, email Dr. Kelly Dunn at kmdunn@schoolhouseservices.org.
